By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and services.
General
These commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
Prices may change due to complexity of design.
I retain all rights over the final piece and may post them online or use them in my portfolio. (You can inform me beforehand if you do not want it posted!)
PROCESS
Email me at [email protected] to reserve a slot, or proceed to Ko-Fi to make an order.
Payment will be done upfront.
Timeframe varies but will be at least two weeks from the payment being made. This is depending on my current workload, and may be discussed further. I will keep in touch thru email or my social media accounts and you will be notified in case there may be delays due to personal, work-related or health reasons!
Visual references are always appreciated!
Sketch Stage A rough draft/sketch will be sent for initial approval, you may request to make revisions at this stage. (Orders cannot be changed once the initial draft is sent.)
Coloring/Finalization Stage You are sent the final piece for approval.
Revisions You are allotted to two (2) revisions in the sketch stage and one (1) in the color stage. You are free to make minor changes in pose, expressions or additional details in the sketch revisions.
Usage
These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and you may do the ff:
Use the finished product or post on social media sites so long as I am credited and you do not claim it as your own work
Printing for gifts, charity, or non-profit use is allowed
You ARE NOT allowed to claim the work as your own or use the finished piece for commercial work such as the ff:
Reselling of the final digital image
Making prints or merchandise for sale from the commissioned piece
Do NOT, in any circumstances, use my art or pieces of it to make and/or sell NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
Payment Details
Payment will be done upfront.
You may opt to pay a downpayment of 50% or full price before I begin my work on your order.
Full payment is required and any remaining payments must be fulfilled before I send in the final hi-res digital copy of the artwork via email.
Paypal for international clients. (USD)
GCash to GCash for clients from the PH. (PHP)
Ko-Fi payments also accepted.
Regarding refunds:
Finished commissions cannot be refunded.
Full refund may be offered for commissions I have not started working on.
Partial refund may be offered for those that I have.Failure to pay or be contacted for more than 1 month will result in the cancellation of the order.
